Changing the PC IP address

Open the Control Panel from the start button on the Windows taskbar.

Double click on the Network Connections icon

Select the Local Area Network Connection icon

Right click and select Properties

Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click on the Properties button

Make a note of the current settings

If your PC is currently set to obtain an IP address automatically, select the Alternatate configuration tab.

Otherwise, overwrite the manually entered IP address with a compatible address.

e.g. 192.168.5.50

and a subnet mask of

255.255.255.0

If you have a manually entered IP address already, you could change FlexiDim™ to have a compatible address.

Enter the manual IP address and subnet mask

Close all of the above windows by clicking OK to each window.
